Returns
Our policy last 21 days from the date of shipping unless you were shipped an incorrect item. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!!!!! - we ship to the address provided, if the address is incorrect you will be charged additional shipping and/or product costs.
If the item shipped was a mistake on our behalf, please contact us so that we can immediately rectify this situation.
To be eligible for a return, (1)send a picture of your item to [email protected], (2) state the reason for return with your order number in the email (3) Allow 3-5 Buisness days for our team to review your claim and contact you with further details.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet and you have been notified approval from our customer service team, Please contact your bank or credit card company first , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Processing times do vary depending on the financial institution.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event you are sent the wrong item color or size, we will take care of our mistakes if we are notified within the 21 day return policy.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will detail the terms of the exchange.
If you've purchased the incorrect item and would like to exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of shipping a new item will be included in the cost of the exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
